Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Maestrino. We take great care in preparing and delivering every order, and we want you to have a clear understanding of what to expect from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.

Shipping Destination

Maestrino ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders placed with a shipping address outside of the United States will not be processed and will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

Shipping Method & Cost

We offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. Standard shipping is the only shipping method available at this time.
We select the best carrier for each order based on your location and delivery conditions to ensure your package arrives safely and on time.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Personalized Orders

Items with custom engraving — including monograms, initials, names, dates, or any bespoke inscription — require additional production time before shipment. Please allow 2 – 3 business days for engraving to be completed prior to dispatch.
Because personalized items are made to order, please review all customization details carefully before confirming your purchase. We begin production immediately upon order confirmation and are unable to modify or cancel personalized orders once processing has started.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status at any time.
If you have not received a tracking update within the expected processing window, please contact us at support@maestrino.com and we will look into it promptly.

Delays

While we do our best to meet the timeframes above, delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to high order volume, weather conditions, or carrier disruptions. If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out to us at support@maestrino.com and we will do everything we can to assist you.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us at support@maestrino.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a full replacement.
